Breath@Work

I would like to thank my friend Ignatius Raphael for introducing me to Breath@Work program. I had the opportunity to attend the Breath@Work session conducted by one of the world’s best trainer and happiness coach Mr. Murali Sundaram, who has trained more than 75,000 people till now and has an ability to keep his session so friendly that every participant would like to keep listening to him. You can visit: http://www.happynesscoach.co.in/

The session was a combination of our own Ancient Science, Neuro- Science and Morden Management Science. http://www.breathatwork.com/

The 3 basic things I learnt from the session is:

·         How to use our breath to make positive changes.

·         Basic knowledge of how to improve our performance.

·         How drinking water can make your life positive.

The session seemed to simple and easy but the benefits it gives is enormous. The techniques were very powerful and I am sure it will help me in achieving my goals. The session demonstrated how our breathing can affect the heart beat which in turn affects our brain and actions in a particular situation.  The best part is most of this techniques can be done by just investing 15 – 20 minutes in a day for getting multi-fold return in the near future.

At the end of the session I felt as if all the parts of my body is energised and is fresh to face any challenge.

All I would want to say in concluding this is that everyone should experience this session because how much ever it is put of papers or spoken, it cannot give the experience and feel that an  individual experiences it while attending the session.

Hope to see most of you attending the session soon..

True Friend

Friends do many things in life just for happiness. Time made me realise that the true happiness comes to you when you do things from your heart without having any expectations from others.

Everybody is lonely sometimes or all times...inspite of being with everyone. But you always feel close to someone who your trust the most and would like to share everything about you.

I always remember my friend’s words when i was in ninth standard; if life seems lost don’t worry future still remains for us to prove. No matter how many times we fall, we still cope up to get up and march further.

This is about a friend of mine. He was a friend and an inspiration to me. Unfortunately he is no more with us today as he sacrificed his life in the border fighting the enemies and protecting all of us.
